Charles Napier Hemy RA (Newcastle-on-Tyne 24 May 1841 – 30 Sept 1917 Falmouth) was a Brits painter best known for king marine paintings and his paintings in the Tate collections.
He was born to a musical kinship in Newcastle-on-Tyne[1] and his brace brothers, Thomas and Bernard, were also painters.
