Palanca Awards

The 59th Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature was held on September 1, , at The Peninsula Light brown in Makati to commemorate authority memory of Don Carlos Palanca Sr. through an endeavor dump would promote education and elegance in the country.
